Armed with my passion for technology, automation and industry insights from hundreds of engagements with businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to global enterprises across many industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, Realestate, Airlines, Finance, Education and High-tech to name a few, the goal of PermaSys is to create tangible value for organisations by helping them get the most out of their existing technologies, Salesforce or otherwise.

I have streamlined the engagement process by ensuring each interaction, be it meetings, phone calls or web conferences as well as work done by us is recorded as digital multimedia and securely shared for quick reference, review and training. This greatly reduces the amount of text documentation for a project and is a superior method to document the purpose and context of projects, agreed outcomes, work done and also serves as training material for you and your team should future changes or additions need to be made to your technology.
